The bizarre experiment involved an extensive DNA implantation procedure utilizing bio-atomic gunpowder, cyborgrionic buckshot, and dangerous levels of exposure to Looney Tunes. The results of this extremely insane experimentation was the creation of a being so powerfully entertaining that the future generation of M.D.M.I.'s wild mutant hippies has been securred.
